Not equating talent, but so did Yzerman. I understand he is on a banged up leg, but its playoff time and you have to make the chances happen, and he hasn't been lately. Especially since his leg is bummed out, he needs to take the shot once he gains the zone and hope for something, and not try to make that extra move which he has been lately. That extra move is when he is losing chances. With a guy like cleary tell him to charge the net once you gain the zone, shoot it and hope Turds gives up a rebound for Danny to eat up.

Other then that, yes dead on. I think that overall Sammy has looked good, but he turns the puck over way too much. Also Cleary looks afraid to get in front of the net like he did before the injury. Before he got hurt he planted himself netside and fought in there on the shots, lately he isn't going in until after the shot, and I wonder if it is how he is being told to play it, or if he is just hesitant due to the injury.

DMac has it right. You can complain, but you can't use it as a reason why the team lost, they need to win despite those calls. Also I think that it is hypocritical that when Dallas fans say officiating is handing games to the Wings, we call them out and say fess up don't slather us with BS excuses, but now everyone seems to be saying the refs "fixed" the game and Bettman is "arranging" for the series to last longer. I would like to think there is still integrity left in the game of hockey. Does the league hire crappy refs and need to penalize the ones that miss calls in crucial games YES Does the league fix games for their own benefit....I would like to think not

Crappy game by Detroit. Worst game of the series. Dallas showed up to play and they deserved that win, After the disallowed goal it really took the wind out of the sails, they had to not let it bother them and fight through it but they couldn't seem to do it. Good game overall to watch. Great game by Dallas. Enjoy it, after Saturday only one team will be flying back to Dallas.

I figured out the call. Homer ripped a wicked fart fueled by the Tex Mex he had for lunch and that is what interfered with TURDCO's ability to make a play... Thus Goalie Interference...its all that makes sense

I understand that, but at the same time is you look at the playoffs as a good way to build publicity and get the sport poularity (which it should be) a casual fan that is just getting into the sport, or trying to follow the playoffs, with the week to week and a half off if both teams sweep, that time period off will cause those fans to forget about it and lose interest, not all but some, and by not being able to keep thigns going, it makes it harder to make the sport more popular to the casual fan.

IN my opinion the league should do flexible scheduling for this situation. If both teams sweep the Conference finals are done on the 15th of May. I say take the weekend off, and start the cup on Monday. Monday5/19-Wed 5/21-Fri 5/23-Sat 5/24-Mon5/26-Wed 5/28-Fri 5/30 That would be my schedule

to be honest how many of Kronner's hits are clearly legal? I'm pretty sure Dallas Drake gave him lessons on how to hit this year. Not that I mind, just he tends to leave his feet a bit too much. But yes a nice Kronner hit will do me good to close the books on this one.

NO it probably won't. That isn't the knid of team the Wings are. They will check him hard all night, and if his head is down while Kronner is on the ice he'll get decked. Other than that bygones are bygones and lets keep this series rolling.

Thats true, because we definately wouldn't know that... I hope not though. I hope its sinuses and sinus headaches... I had bad ones that lasted 3 weeks when the seasons changed.... we can only hope for the best right.
