Franzenstein is the awesomest monster ever! He has really learned a lot from homer this year and will become a consistant 20-30 goal threat!

Its okay. I normally don't like to bash on a single player like I have started to on Sammy lately but I can't stand him anymore...I loved him a couple years ago, and then last year I was like eh it was an off year. Statistically he is having a good year this year, but I can't handle him on the PP point. I can't see him shoot the puck into another persons foot without going crazy.

Maltby has been playing really well lately...he has 5 goals this year even though he missed a bunch of time to injuries. That is a good number for Malts at this point in his career. Maltby is one of the best penalty killers in the league. He and Draper are great together on the PK.

He must have a bonus in his contract...he gets like 5cents for every shot blocked...he makes more money from that stipulation than he does for his base contract.

Franzen is a better guy to pair with Z and Dats on the 1st line but I'll take Homer over Franzen on the PP any day.

Yeah but then our second line is Hudler-Filppula-Sammy I would not be cool with that. Homer and Cleary need to get back. Is there any way Danny can play now with his super shield???

Franzen is on fire right now...I love it. He is finding his spot here with Homer out. He is great. This is what I expected from him before he got hurt but the injury slowed him down and he wasn't comfortable until later in the year.

Before that was the 18th... SO yeah his Goals are way down since they split him from Datsyuk...I think he has looked just as good as he has all year. He just isn;t getting as mush support from his linemates as he needs. I mean last night he had 10 shots on goal...and no goals...so its also some bad luck as well.
