There's an idea. FatCat: Well of course our goaltending is doing great, that's why we have been losing as of late. We DO need starting goalie, that's a fact. Heck, a goalie coach to teach Legace how to use his glove, and a back-up would be nice.

But they are yet to do that. Why would they call up Howard if they didn't think he was better than MacIntyre or MacDonald? Even worse idea.

Whoever proposed that Legace-Bert trade needs to be slapped. Without Legace, our goaltending is crap-all. Sure, we'd have a wicked offense, but our D is struggling as it is, and with crap for goalies, we'd be in WAY over our heads. Terrible Idea. I wouldn't trade Legace, but to get Jackman, we'd dominate the league. Jackman played for my hometown Pats in the Dubya, and wow, was he amazing. Heck, he still is amaizing. I wouldn't put Legace in the mix, but if we were to get Jackman, I'd be extremly happy.

This rumour is stupid considering that the Wings tried for Khabby while he was a Free Agent. Why would things be different now? Sure, he'd be a great asset to the team, but I'm sure the Hawks would want Legace in return. I'm totally against it, and I think Holland would be too.

Draper = Future Captain, great 2 way player. Allison = Old. I mean, if the Leafs pick you up, you know your carreer is over.

I'd do it. I don't like Howard right now. Sure, he's young and needs time to develop, but he's not a suitable back-up for Ozzie while Legace is injured, not at all. I mean, this guy is letting in shots from litterally 4 feet away. Come on. Being a goalie myself, I know that you HAVE to make that save. It's just unacceptable.

Yes, Holland did try to sign Murray, there was spectulation he was minutes away from a deal. Although I love Holmstrom, Boynton is a great D-man, one thing we seem to be lacking at this point in time. I'd do it. Murray could play the PP that we are missing Holmstrom on. Of course, he wouldn't stand infront on 100 M/H slapshots like Tomas does, but it works. The only problem would be the money. Could Boston not keep some of Murray's contract? That would help us out, and with Thornton gone, the B's could afford it.
