Sportsnet just showed the feed that the IIHF goes by and their time... Clearly no goal, puck was right exactly on the line as the clock hit 0.0 by the Sportsnet original feed I was gonna say that I thought it was in

I said it after the USA game "Welcome to the Luongo show Canada!" .... Luongo has paid his dues, and now it's his time to be #1 for Canada. I saw no way that Babs could go back to Marty after that game, regardless of how much fault lied with Brodeur. If Babs would've went back to Marty and loses, he takes way too much heat, it makes too much sense to go to Luongo and glad see confirmation that its happening. It also works out nice that Luongo gets the opportunity vs Germany to get some game action before, barring a catastrophic collapse, being tossed in vs Russia. If it is indeed the last time we've seen Marty in a Canadian goal, congrats to him on all that he's accomplished internationally.

Tosaka is a UFA this year and they have Hiller so that's not so bad... but Definitely on Blake I think they took Blake instead of having to include a draft pick or something (as Anaheim was desperate to move Giguere who has a NTC)

I like this site for playoff probabilities, it's fun to track the playoff races with it as the season draws to a close http://www.sportsclubstats.com/NHL.html

I'd love to see Hamhuis here, but I'd be worried about the price he will command.

I'd give it to Myers at this point in the season....

My parents and my brother went to Calgary to visit family. They went to a Flames and Sharks pre-season game. They bought my brother a Flames puck as a souvenir and arbitrariliy chose a Red Wings puck to take home to give to me. I started being captivated by this sport on the highlights and shows like "That's Hockey" on TSN. Per the puck, I was drawn to the Red Wings; winning ways and players like Yzerman, Fedorov, Shanahan, and Lidstrom sealed the deal. Wings fan for life

I love seeing the Pens lose but I'll take an Eastern team taking 2 points from a Western team at this point

Nice additions Aussie, I love the position changes If we're doing a double up game then my vote is to choose your own, it makes more sense that way IMO. Didn't Tomas H. rather strongly imply at the beginning of the season that this would be his last? I had been under that impression, remember reading it somewhere...
