Gotta love Hasek.... he is extremely dedicated, obsessed with winning, not in it for the money.... just a class act and a great guy..... Can't wait to see him back doing what he does best: dominating.....

Roy is a good player, I expect Buffalo to still be competitive with Roy and Connolly filling the holes left by Drury and Briere..... and he's locked up for 6 years at 4 million.....good signing

Don't you have to pay to get into that free agent game, Eklund basher? .....and he is not a moron, I personally believe he is legit, at least to a certain degree (He was invited to go on Sportsnet's trade deadline show, and he makes regular appearances on XM radio shows), which is why I enjoy reading his site..... Rumours notwithstanding, it's still a great site because he has many quality non-rumour related blogs/articles, as do the other bloggers on the site.... I'm getting kind of tired of the over-the-top senseless Eklund bashing, people trying to do everything they can to "prove" he's a phony....

Hasek is so awesome..... The way last year ended is unfortunate, I like our chances in '08 though, if the team stays healthy for the most part, I believe it is better than last.....

I got it from Amazon a while ago.... Foreword by Scotty Bowman, a very good read....I loved it.... didn't find it biased towards the Avalanche.... Amazon link only $11.53 now.... I agree with the quote on the back "A must read for any hockey fan" which I believe is Scotty Bowman's.....

That's great for the Oilers....they can get a new arena and be able to spend the whole salary cap.....

It's quite fascinating actually.... in the last regular season meeting with the Ducks ( Wings won 1-0), after his fight with Moen where he became the "Pain Train", the bashing immediately stopped.......

Oilers have a good chance, though it will be hard to beat Phoenix side note: Phoenix does have Morris and Jovanovski as trade brait.....

Considering 30% of the vote goes towards Jeter automatically, if I did my math right, he would need about 71% of the fan votes to win the matchup..... I hope Sid somehow upsets Jeter, due to all the hockey fans jumping onboard to support this....if not, it will certainly be closer than what people expect...

I was mad about Bertuzzi...until I saw that Burke threw $4 million dollars at him....then I just laughed..... Very excited about Rafalski here for long term..... Minus Lang, Calder......I think the Wings are a better team this year than last....

4 million would be ridiculous..... he is already getting $2.2 million from the Isles.... I expect him to sign for $2 million or less....and not with the Wings....

Agreed... I'd rather have Rafalski than Schneider, I'm glad it worked out that way....

The Star said that Clemmenson would be playing in the AHL to help Pogge along in his development..... but then again that could just be polite talk while they shop Raycroft.....
