Those are the losses that hurt the most.... when you have so many opportunities and still lose..... Pronger out, two 5 on 3's, Filpula's short handed breakaway and then crossbar...... Anaheim's 3 line, 3 defence team will not be enough to win anymore games in the series.... we easily could have won this game, now it's a best of 3 with two at the Joe. I expect the veteran leadership/experience combined with the valiant efforts of Bertuzzi, Lang, Kopecky, and Zetterberg's fire that he showed late in this game to kick in and help us win the next two.....

What's the point of a Pronger suspension if they don't take advantage? The Ducks will come out flying for Pronger and to avenge the last embarrassment. Wings weather the storm, continue to play better, and make Pronger pay by coming back home up 3-1......

My perception of everything that has been going on since the hit is leading me to believe a one-game suspension is in the cards......

I think Bertuzzi is still battling some back problems.... He isn't skating as well as he would like to. I hope he gets re-signed....I believe here in Detroit he can become like the player he once was, or at least have the motivation to try......

The fact that Pronger wasn't penalized on the play has no barring on a potential suspension, all the TSN guys think Pronger will be suspended and I will be shocked if he is not. As Duthie mentioned, this hit was worse than Radulov's on Cheechoo in round one, which got him suspended......

Nothing is more satisfying than to hear the Ducks' arena announcer go "Final score: Detroit Red Wings...five, Anaheim Ducks...zero" This was the Wings' A-game you've been hearing about....puck possession, and the Ducks couldn't handle it. If the Wings' play game 4 like they did today, the Ducks better make an adjustment quick, or they're looking at a 3-1 deficit heading back to Hockeytown...... However, I didn't like how our powerplay looked towards the end of the game..... Pulling Giguere was just a move to try and motivate the team.....but I agree...Babcock > Carlyle

I can see the Sens completing the sweep....they are undoubtedly the best team in the East this year..... All the experts/analysts pegged this series as impossible to predict, I had a very hard time coming up with my Sens in 6 prediction.... But after seeing Ottawa play in the playoffs so far, the team that comes out of the West should be scared.... Ottawa is hungry, talented, and playing nearly flawlessly......

Kopecky was looking really impressive before he went down..... This isn't going to have a negative effect on anything as Calder was only playing 4 minutes a game anyways..... I would have preferred to see Hudler in, but we'll see how Kopecky does.... If anything, the mere fact that Calder has been taken out opens the door for Rex to get back in if Kopecky falters....

ugh....sucks to see that 3rd Ducks goal count....I was shocked to hear Jim Hughson utter "They're calling it a goal" after both announcers were talking about the fact that it obviously will not count..... In my opinion, the fact that a player interferes with a goalie or not should be reviewable because as Kelly Hrudey said during the break, the refs are watching the net for the puck and not necessarily the players.... In any event.....the Wings lost in OT and should've possibly won in regulation and yet they have not brought their A-game so far in this series ....Without the pressure of home-ice the Wings should take at least one in Anahiem, and should continue to get better as the series progresses....

I did not think Ottawa had a chance of coming back after going down that early..... keep it up in the 3rd

I hope Bertuzzi comes back....he has been getting better as the playoffs have worn on.... remember the guy played 15 games during the season and is coming off back surgery. He has already showed some flashes of brilliance in these playoffs, he will get his game back and I want it to be with the Detroit Red Wings.

Ottawa has just looked a lot better during the playoffs....they finished the Penguins in 5, which isn't as impressive as beating the Devils in only 5 as well.... Sens in 6

Glad the Sens won, but I am surprised that it only lasted 5 games.... I think the Sens will beat Buffalo/New York
