All i'm gonna say is this: I went to the Devils-Jackets game here in New Jersey last season and let me tell you, Fedorov was THE HARDEST WORKING PLAYER out there the entire game. I would take him back for a cup run in a heart beat. Trust me he'll be motivated to silence his critics and finish his career off on a high note, but the price would probably be too high and not something that Kenny would want to pay.

I always use the face-off cheats like everybody in the NHL. Its not really a cheat anyway and if the ref spots it they toss you out. Its like saying getting away with a penalty is cheating. No its not, if you do get away with something its the ref's fault and good for you. Corcked bats and steroids, now THATS cheating.

I live in new jersey and i get center ice for the wings games, but when they're not playing i watch the local teams (Rangers, Devils, Islanders) on the local channels in HD. If center ice had HD channels i'd probably be watching Atlanta or Washington a lot, but i just can't turn away from HD and from the 3 i think i like the Islanders the most. They have great history and a nice fan base. I don't like the Rangers too much because of their fans, they are very quick to turn on their team. Most of my friends are Rangers fans and they're so high on them at the beginning of every season and then later on all they do is talk s*** about Jagr and how terrible he is. I've never seen them in pro shops around here and they were listed as "coming soon" on major hockey equipment web stores for a while but now they aren't even listed at all. Did RBK pull the plug on them? Didn't Lang started using that stick towards the end of the year?

I like Jofa stuff. Had the helmet, shin pads, elbow and shoulder pads for 3 years now, still look and feel good. Markov would be a solid #3 as our roster stands right now. Knonvall is not at his level. I really hope that this is the season Nik can finally break out and live up to his potential, but i don't think any of us have real confidence in him. Singning Markov would be a good safe move, and i'm all for it, but at the same time I don't think we'll suffer TOO much if we don't, as long as Lilja can stay at the level he played during the playoffs

Couldn't disagree with you more. Elias is a monster and Gionta is not to shabby either. You put them on a team not named the Devils and they'll be almost as good as Lecavalier-St. Louis in terms of point production. Also, Zubrus IS the set-up man, not the other way around like you've suggested. A fine replacement for Gomez is you ask me. Wonder how much they paid though, although knowing Lou, probably not that much.

I played in high school then tore my knee and didn't play for 5 years, now started again with open hockey and adult leagues. Good times, i'm always so anxious to play on game days, wouldn't trade it for anything.

I see no reason the Wings shouldn't win this game. They should be angry and fired up because they know they're better than the Ducks. Put game 5 nonsense behind and come out with a good win.

I am already satisfied with our post season performance, however i do believe that we're the better team in this series and definitely deserve to and hopefully will win.
