I used to go back in the day, but I have no idea where or if there are opportunities for autographs. But funny story, last time they had the red and white game there was some complication with homers jersey, like they forgot it or something. So some of the red wings staff went out and borrowed a holmstrom jersey from a fan for homer to wear in the game. That fan got autographs from the team.. So my advice is to hide one of the players jerseys and be ready to give them yours..

Grew up watching this guy, I have a poster if him on my wall. His style was always so unique, fit in in Detroit perfectly, not just the team but the city. Everyone giving him s*** one day and praising him the next. He will always be one of my top 5 favorite Red Wings. Good luck to you Oz, thanks for everything.

I've always like the Canucks. Every team on the planet has fans that represent their team in a bad way, part of the reason I hate the hawks is because I went to school near Chicago and watched every person jump on that bandwagon when suddenly they were good. Canucks fans have a right to think it's their year, they were the best team in the league this season. I would argue though that every team's fans in the playoffs would like to think it's their year. I love Kesler, and would absolutely love to see him in a winged wheel. I can respect the OP for talking up the Wings organization in such a positive way, and as a die hard Wings fans, I am truly sorry that you've come across some ass hole Wings fans. Like I said, there will always be some jackasses making their team look bad, but the Wings are a class organization and as I fan I try to display class that will reflect positively on our team. If the Wings lose (Knock on wood) I will cheer for the Nucks, after the Lightning of course, to win the cup.

The more games other teams play, the better for us. They will be more beat up with only a couple days of rest.

Regardless of where they end up, that is a hell of a hockey team. Glad we got out of that series in 4, cause they can bruise you. They fight hard and it was fun playing them the past two years. Best of luck to the fans in Phoenix, I can't imagine what it would be like to lose your team.

Saw this article on the Red Wings facebook page. It offers some out side the box thinking based on the release of the NFL schedule. Take it as you will. LINK Doesn't have a lot to do with the Lions NFL schedule because a winter classic game wouldn't be held at Ford Field, but it rules out other NFL stadiums.
