Funny side note about the Staals, I was playing NHL 10 the other day and I saw the the rangers and canes were involved in a trade, They traded Marc and Eric. Just found that pretty funny, and also a bad trade for the Canes.

What an irritating article, it wasn't the wings year. I wasn't even that mad after they lost, they've played more hockey in the past 3 years than anyone. So no s*** they didn't win the west again. There is a reason the wings sell jerseys in every city, and have a following that no other team can hold a candle to, its because we have one of the best run, and classiest organizations in sports, and we haven't missed the playoffs in two decades. Game 4 vs the sharks. Me and my buddy got $40 tickets to the game, and the whole 3rd period was just a party, so much fun, and a great performance by the wings and the Mule.

Good post, interesting idea. I'm really excited for game 4, even though its hard to see even the slightest bit of light at the end of the tunnel. I'm going to the game tomorrow, and I will thoroughly enjoy it, it's a race to 4 wins, and neither team has finished yet. The wings just need a do or die, one game at a time mentality.

Babcock is the one of the best coaches in the league. What do you want him to say? I honestly have never felt this good after a wings loss. We came back from a 3-0 deficit. We looked fine. All we need are out special teams to step it up, and if Howie stops that 5-hole, were going to OT right now. WE ARE FINE, and WILL WIN THIS SERIES
