wii boxing does it too. great cardio. im gonna try to do that when im at nathans for atleast 45 min. its so worth it. then I Have a dvd from a pistons game that has a work out on it. then attempt to ride my bike to work since its a mile round trip from home to work and back. all I know is that I want to lose 25 lbs right now and this ist he time to do it.

lol im come on but havnt been posting much at all. tho serisouly wii boxing kicks your ass. I love it. great work out for cardio..did it for about 45 min sweating my bum off.

mine fits fine...tho I did put it on nathan first and he has a huge head, so now its a little big.

good for him. He left here on a great term with the wings and winning a Cup. It is a good thing for him.
