i already had my class time. 930-1045...one class. I drive an hour to be there for an hour..then back home...for now

its awesome with the chicken breast...i dont like the strips..they taste like ick to me.

I get it free when im working...6 inch sub, apples, one cookie and water. my bad sub is the chicken bacon ranch...my good sub is chicken with tomatoes and cukes with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

I usually eat those or a sub from work for lunch. my breakfast and lunch are very predictable now a days...but its working. Ive lost about 3 lbs so far. once i can work out im going to. it shuold help a lil more. lol

it takes like 5-10 min. it sucks. but atlest im gonna try to sleep the day away after. I even get to be knocked out if I want. lol. its either general or local i believe.

actually its a friend of a friends pic. the guy lives in Ft Collins Co and got busted going 20 over. I just prettied it up. she loves it, now she just have to show the guy. lol. photo shop is so fun. I need to take more nature pics.
