lol. my phone broke three times in two years and verizion finally said they werent going to fix it, I would use it and it would fall apart on me. like the part where the speaker to talk into was. my friends couldnt hear me. I had to eitehr 1. super glue it or 2 tape it so it would work. From that point I said Id never go back to Verizion

do youh ave insurance on the phone? if you do tell them that you dropped it in the toilet or in some sort of water. you can either get a new phone or the same one.
