i remember a few weeks ago some people here predicted Z would get only 21-23 goals this season with the argument "z is not a good goal scorer anymore" Awesome game

i have been thinking about this as well zetterberg gets kicked out more often than any other player ive seen.... i think

O.o i go maybe 3 times a month.. but my team don't even qualify for SEL and has only won 5 / 25 games this season lol! im going to a game tonight! usually only about 1500-3000 people attending but they have a cheer crowd who always show up and make noise every game, they alone make it worth it to go.. awesome atmosphere i wish i had better access to nhl games..

this constant stream talk is getting a bit annyoing in the GDT's.. anyone have an idea to make it more pleasant for those who are getting tired of it or is it not too big of a deal to care about? just asking

some ideas.. if would be cool to see highlights and memorable events from each tournament. maybe you can put in scandals and controversial events also. you could make like a ranking page where you rank past teams. maybe visitors can vote which team were the most stacked or something? maybe they can vote which finals were the most exciting also. if you need any information about sweden's teams/games since lillehammer 1994 i could probably help!

i remember watching a tv reportage about him a few years ago where the reporter followed him home and they visit his old hockey rink, talking about hockey and life, even signing a few autographs to some kids at the rink. does anyone remember? it felt like they were trying to hype him up as the next big defenseman in detriot showing some highlights and getting people on the team say nice things about him etc. pretty funny when you look back at it

try read a history book or just google the history of past tournaments. you might find some contradiction in your statements yes that belarus game was a choke and it was a harsh way to get eliminated. but you know what make it easier to live with? lots and lots of gold medals. olympic gold medals and WCH gold medals. how's your memories from past tournaments? well silver is good sometimes also.. i could actually enjoy the silver medal we got in 2003.. oh you don't remember? hm 2003, finland was the host nation that year, playing on home ice in front of their own people. after several disappointing eliminations past tournaments, they were hyped to win and redeem themselves in front of a home crowd this year. They are winners and not chokers like their little brother Sweden as we already know! anyway.. Finland and Sweden play eachother in the quarter finals. Finland up 5-1 in the second period. Sweden (with forsberg stepping up) scores 5 unanswered goals to win the game 6-5 and advance to semis while finland got eliminated. so yeah.. silver is not too shabby sometimes! cheers! :hat:

Have anyone of you seen the south park episode when wall-mart moves into town? People in south park hate the consequenses of what the big supermarket brings but they still shop there. They whine about it but they still shop there. They try to find the "heart" of the corporation so they can destroy it only to find out the heart is themselves - the consumers. See where im going with this? If you start threads and whine parties about crosby you feed the hype and product.. If you really are sick of Crosby and want to take away focus from him you should just ignore it/him and certainly not make threads about him! What do you think about this?
