Went up just for today as thats all I had time for and that was cut short as my daughter couldn't stand the heat or crowd after 4 hrs of waiting. She's a trooper. Would like to have stayed longer but I got the jerseys signed that I wanted, my game worn Meech and Hudler Griffins jerseys and my Zetterberg cup jersey Also got many autographs on my cup cap, Ozzy, Z, Kronwall, Franzen, Stuart, Hudler, Helm. Chelios was just coming out when I left. They had a section just for kids 15 and younger and for people with wheel chairs. Everywhere it was 3 or 4 people thick all desperate for a autograph. All of the players tried to get everyone especially Helm who took the longest through the line. A few people could be found in the parking lot, my daughter got a card signed by Mark Howe and Jim Nill signed my cap. Ozzy McCollum Meech Zetterberg Helm Hudler Mark Howe

I guess for the money you can't complain. My only critic would be the letters seem a bit thick and look to be too close together, they should have a little more gap between them. Most people wouldn't notice anyway, just me as I am picky

Does anyone know if you need tickets to be on the property/parking lot to get autographs? My daughter is asking me if we can go but I don't have tickets and don't want to drive up there if I need tickets to be in the parking lot.

Someone asked him at fan fest if he still skates and he said he hasn't put a pair on since he took them off at Edmonton, his knees are just too bad.

I went today as well, had a good time. Steve signed my dads stanley cup hat and both my daughters and my Yzerman jersey. Well worth the trip. Unfortunately the lack of current players there was a downer and some alumni that were scheduled were not to be found. Saw all the trophies except for the cup.

These jerseys were worn during one game and auctioned for charity. Mathieu's was made up for him but he never played in the game because of injury. Pro Weight Reebok with Meigray game worn stamp sewn in the hem, Garth Brooks Patch on right front chest. $299

Umm yeah a little over reaction there I wasn't suggesting he shouldn't have his name on the cup. Just clarifying that he DID play with GR, so chill out.

He played with the Griffins when the Wings sent him down for a conditioning stint I believe it was in January.

If you got one it would be unique. He might not get up to the wings this next year, alot depends on the D siuation. Hopefully he would keep the same number but if not you could always change later.

Even so Jonathan did really improve. Would love to see him move up but dead weight would have to be shed. He may have to stay in GR another year. Meech hasn't had much of a chance to get his legs only playing 32 games with limited minutes. I prefer him over Quincy. May have to lose both. I would rather keep Lebda than Lilja. He has better speed, commits fewer penalties and shoots more. Lilja over Lebda would be a mistake.

So reaching in under someones arm is not considered holding now.

Exactly, Lidstrom took a stick to the face the other game and nobody convienently saw it, Hudlers they see. Z gets blatantly held at the blue line without the puck, no call. The first goal of the game resulted in a obvious interference on Rafalski who was checked before he could get close to the puck. Just a few of the tons of examples that happened the last few games that show the fix is in. Gotta give the poster boy his chance to win a cup. Expect to see the same whistle swallowing when it comes to the Penguins tonight.

If nothing happens the Wings need to ignore the whole thing and just play their game. No retalitation. Use the anger to fuel their play. They will need to be more focused with Franzen out. When the Ducks lost Pronger last year in the hit on Holmstrom it seemed to spark the rest of the Ducks in game 4.

Wings in 4. Why? Because I have tickets to game 5 and thats just the way my luck goes.

Well, I am thinking about Lidstroms goal from center and a hattrick against the Avs as my good omens Besides I just bought tickets to game 5 that will hopefully propel the Wings to win in 4 games.

I have that feeling it may be a OT game. Go WINGS!!
