Yes he did along with 4 assists but that Slovak team finished high because of their goaltender Jaroslav Janus more then because of Tatar. Watching Tatar was a treatthough.

Dats played his whole career on an all-star team(not to take anything away from him). Bert played for a terrible Islanders team an above average at best Canucks team that would be nothing without that one line and a terrible Florida team. Other then playing for the Wing's and Duck's one year and an underachieving Flame's team he hasn't had the best environments consistently through his career.

There should be a thread that is stickied named "Wing's SUCK". We could use it as bait to lure all the trolls into that one thread so we never have to read their god awful posts. Our young guys are playing above expectations in my opinion.

Is there anyone here from Canada watching the trials this week. There has been some fantastic games. Martin (5-1) vs. Howard(6-0) tonight should be great for the automatic bid in the finals.

Ya my little cousin lives in Salem and I heard he has to go an hour or so couple times a week to play.

Tried Hartford and Quebec as well. Does not mean they couldn't handle a team. Minnesota failed once and have one back. Colorado. I'd put one in Winnipeg again. They would just have to get rid of the AHL team and add seating to the building. Vegas might work. You would only get locals at the game but how long until the novelty wears off. You won't get tourists getting tickets I wouldn't think. I wouldn't go to Vegas then go watch hockey and lose a night. If it caught and stuck with the locals it would be a good place but I don't see that happening.

As s***ty as some of them have been IIHF rules and Nhl rules are not that different. Don't forget it's still hockey. They have been around the game for years and if they don't kno them or can't learn them by Febuary they shouldn't be reffing but even I know the differnces between them.

My post was referring to every one else on there staff not Halladay.haha. I don't think you can win getting good pitching once a week though, especially with no offence.

Haven't the Wild sold out every game in their existence. I can't speak for Michigan but growing up an hour north of the Can/Usa border above Minnesota I can say that they do love there hockey there.
