Use Janik and rotate him and Kindl. I don't understand what the turn off is about Janik. Last year he ws fine when he played. 500k is good for our cap too.

He was hurt for for half of the season last year and he is very slow. He should not be making 2 mil in the first place. Mara 4 years ago was ok. Mara now is probably something we would regret.

Asham can actually play hockey which is a huge plus. Brock Lesnar likes little boys.

I was thinking about this last week actually. I began to think about football teams in England and Spain that have had terrible ownership and the spending gets out of control to the point where they can not pay back their debts and file for administration. Leeds United and Valencia come to mind in particular. It seems as though ownership that runs the club into the ground is one that thing I don't think I could support. I highly doubt we ever have to worry about such a thing but it would be irresponsible to support a team in those financial troubles. I'm not talking about Phoenix either, that is the NHL's fault not the Coyotes.

If that is the case we may as well trade for Colton Orr. At least he can pound the f*** out of people.

My grandpa was a bit of a Wing fan. Which helped influence my dad a bit. Growing up he could only get Leafs games or Wings games on the radio. He said there was no way he was going to be hoping for the Leafs. It seemed to be that simple. For me it just rubbed off. Third generation Wing fan. It says I'm from Calgary but I grew up in Northern Ontario. There was no way I was hoping for the f***in' Leafs either. My dad showed me Stevie Y and took me to Wings games in Winnipeg until they left for the desert. That's my story.

We don't need an enforcer though. I would rather have a strong 4th line guy who can kill penalties and doesn't have to fight.

Only got to see a little bit today but was pleasantly surprised to see Uruguay draw with France. I tend to hope for Mexico to do well but it was nice to see South Africa pick up a point today. I want to see England win. I think Spain will win or Argentina if some how they can over come Maradona's lack of coaching ability.
