I dont knwo if it counts, but i grew up in troy for 2 stanley cups then moved to wisconsin, there for im a non michigan (currently) wings fan. In wisconsin people pretty much either vote hawks in the southeast or wings north but usually wings. and maybe a few wild in the west and also because they get tv coverage on fsn north.

I dont get that guy on on the fly saying the flames would play better pissed off. imo yes the hits are harder, but usully the team is undisciplined and goes for the hit to much and misses, giving up oppurtunities, especially the flames. And as bad as maltby is sometimes, he can draw alot of penalties when people are really pissed at him. I think as long as the wings keep their grit and dont get shy of the hitting not much harm will come of cagary's "pissed offness", it will just land them in the box or down a goal. On the other hand, hopefully nothing calgary does injures a wing.

I was at the game and they definately didnt seem as physical checking wise as the 2 games before but the sheer fact that there was a fight made up for that.

I heard a chant of "Williams Sucks" not sure what side was saying it though. Last year at one of the games there an octopus was thrown onto the ice. Both wings games here that ive been to have ended in a "Lets go wings" chant.
