I'm going to do 1-10 just based on pure talent in my opinion, in other words the goalie I wish Detroit had right this second (not statistics): 1. Brodeur 2. Luongo 3. Lundvquist 4. Fleury 5. Miller 6. Leclaire 7. DiPietro 8. Nabokov 9. Lehtonen 10. Toskala HM: Turco, Price I know some of those seem a little out there, but I have watched all of these goalies a lot and do think that each and every one is extremely talented.

Not to hijack the thread, altough it surely will... There wouldn't happen to be a player in this years draft that can fight while actually be able to play hockey, would there be? I've been waiting for Probert 2.0 for a while now.

Ok I have to indulge. First, the Penguins are far from sucking. Second, why wouldn't you watch impartial (ok, maybe not) HD broadcasting? Thirdly, does that mean you are watching Minnesota vs. the Thrashers???

Yeah they are missing them, if it wasn't obvious enough from that game against the Devils haha. But I do like Goligowski. He can fill some of the gaping hole that Gonchar leaves on the point for the PP. He looks like he'll be a good one in a couple years.

He's still a terrible stickhandler that turns the puck over much too often and more than not takes terrible shot opportunities to blast it into a goalies chest. Get off his sack.

Side Note: Dubinsky, Zherdev, Voros line for New York is just insane. They get goals every single game. Most of the time they get more than 1 (2 tonight so far).

I think Hossa's just picking his moments. He was on the PK. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and saying he was playing team hockey and just trying to waste more time. That's what it looked like to me at least.

I like reading and hockey so I figured it would be a good idea to read some books about hockey. The problem is, I don't really know of any single hockey books that are considered good books that I haven't already read. The one book about hockey that I did read was The Game by Ken Dryden, which was really good. Other than that I can't think of any books that I have heard talked about in regards to hockey. Any ideas?
