It's starting to seem like scoring is up this year. Looking around at the stats of solid goalies, maybe .890 is the new .900 SV%? Ozzie can play better and so can Conklin, but more importantly our defense can play much much better. Too many shots in close to fault the goalies at this point.

It's a good hit, but scope out where the puck is. I don't think Ott ever touches it. Edit: maybe he does... I can't really see the puck that well.

Correct me if I'm really off-base with this, but was I the only one's who thought that 2 of Ott's hits weren't cheap at all? He just finished two hits. The only debateable one was the low hit on Yelle, which I see go uncalled pretty frequently. I still hate the guy and know he probably did stuff I didnt see, but the Bruins weren't exactly saints themselves. Ference cheapshotted Ott, Hnidy was owning Niskanen who doesn't even know how to fight. Those announcers sounded like immature biased high schoolers. Overall bad performance.

I don't really have a problem with it. Crosby is the face of the NHL advertising scheme so obviously they would pick his team for the commercial. On top of that, obviously the guys only going to cheer at hits or plays that are in favor of his team. With all that said, I hate the commercial and every commercial ever to air on Center Ice is outrageously overplayed to the point of disgust.

Obviously Kopecky is going to blossom into a bona-fide NHL player this year.

That 4th line will literally make me puke when I watch it. For the love of god, play the players that should play (i.e. HELM).

Cut dead weight (I know... drastic and would never happen). Obviously this would involve ditching Sammy, Maltby, Kopecky, Mac, and Lebda which would never happen. But if I was GM this would be my ideal lineup. Hossa - Datsyuk - Holmstrom Franzen - Zetterberg - Cleary (when Franzenstein is back) Hudler - Filppula - Leino (Fippula will actually have players to pass to) Helm - Draper - Abdelkader (Abs actually hits... high energy line) Downey Lidstrom -Rafalski Stuart - Kronwall Lilja - Ericcson Meech

All I can say is that less Crosby equals more Malkin for my fantasy team.
