WOW... What a major shock and terribly sad event. With the rigorous and intense testing these days if it is in fact some kind of defect, I can't believe it would go undetected. Usually it is Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, one of the common causes of sudden death in young athletes, but usually a collapse happens under physical exertion. It may be something totally different from a heart problem. In either case, RIP. Absolutely terrible

Yet again, a marvelous performance by Pierre. He just loves to see the Wings in a funk doesn't he. If any of the Wings read/post on this forum please take the time to fire a puck with some mustard on it at the space between the benches next time on NBC. THE SKID ENDS AT SIX.

Some of these "hockey guys" are just totally ridiculous. Why does it seem that the hockey media in general is always praising teams like Anaheim and San Jose, and jumping on the Wings (only when they are losing of course)! Anaheim could lose 5 in a row, and I GUARANTEE there wouldn't be near as much negative talk as there is with the Wings. Besides us fans, everyone seems to want them to fail.

You know what's really frosting my nipples? Pierre Maguire (TSN) made an in-game comment saying "this team isn't as good as their record indicates" and they keep re-airing this comment during the highlights. Give me a break asshats!!1 It's called top-of-the-league-itis. This Dallas game will be totally different now that Cheli layed into the boys.

Well, living in Canada I don't get to see ANY Wings games unless they are on TSN or once in a blue moon on CBC. This NBC news is great If anyone knows a way to get a Wings game viewable on the PC somehow, please let me know!! I would LOVE to watch the Ducks game tonight.
