I would take Asham in a heartbeat. The guy is tough as nails and his point total would only increase with the Wings.

I'm sure we will be meeting again in the 2007/8 playoffs

I would take him back for a short term deal.. just to see if he can prove himself in a Wing uniform for a full season instead of a few injured games in the playoffs.

When I was a young hockey lad growing up, my favourite teams were the Wings, Penguins and Canucks I still have my old Sundstrom bright yellow Canucks home jersey... BUT, I have since weeded out the extra "baggage" and the Wings are the one and only and have been for many years! With that said, Leaf fans SUCK.. I'm so sick of those bastards it's not even funny, especially "friends" who bleed blue and white and who constantly remind you whenever the Wings lose or are about to lose. Back to the punching bag...
