I could see this negotiation goin both ways. I could see Pav being okay with his exact same pay. This would leave him around the same money as Zetterberg. This would also give us the best chance to ice a winning roster. I could also see him asking for a raise but the only reason I can see that is because I know he probably wants to bank as much money as possible for his daughter to have for her life and her future family. At the end of the day! I'm soooo pumped he is back but I think he says under 7 million so him and Z have around the same contract, or takes less. Pavel as already made his bank over the years.

As much as Franzen floats... He still is one of the beat values... He makes 3.9 now keep in mind Filppula is asking for more then that and u decided... Franzen for 3.9 or Filppula for 4.5 or so... Lol pretty comical when you lay it out eh

It will be bruins and Kings... Kings will toybox hawks... And Penguins are great offensively but remember they still Havnt played one good team yet... Bruins should crush them...

Like many have said.. Game 6 favors us... When your the away team you only need to steal one away game and take care of business at home. Well The Hawks probably came out with their biggest jump and that usually slows up as the elimination games continue on. Detroit should and better come out on Monday with a fire under their ass and I think we will win game 6. If..... it goes 7 we have played really well when facing elimination and I'm hoping that continues to be a great trend.

I don't think Pittsburgh is giving up on fluery... They are riding Vokoun because he is the hot goalie. Fluery will be their main horse once again when Vokoun stumbles theses playoffs... (Against Boston, I have a lot of faith in them beating Pitt) then fluery will get the net back.

Hoping we can take command if the series... I'm nervous about the officiating trying to make up for that bad no goal call

That rookie line also won us game 2 and 4... They have has all 5 rookies out there numerous times...

Who else deserves it... Quincey? Lashoff? Our D hasn't been strong all season. We have 2-3 rookie D in a night and Kindl who is basically a rookie with the lack of minutes he played last season. It's called growing pains. We can't pull a random top 4 dman out of a hat. The only Way the kids learn how to play the game is by throwing them on the ice..I know people were expecting smith to show up, throw up 30+ points and be decent in our own zone as well but I promise you. If we give up on him. We will regret it... Just like with kindl and big rig... Weird how after a couple season we start praising these guys... D develop later is a common thing. We don't have the luxury of drafting the Seth jones, PK subbans, mike greens...

But Hudler and Lang are still lazy and suck...

We will win game 6!!! Abby will be back and the Guys will be flying at home.... Then game 7 is a coin flip... But it will go 7... I still have faith... I'm sick of hearing that the series is over after EVERY loss... It's gets old

I don't care who, I don't care how. All I care about is that it ends up behind hiller.... I would love a quick game 1 routine
