okay maybe im confused but on the Box score it says Tvrdon scored at 17:01 assisted from Callahan but it also says Sproul took an interference penalty at 17:01. Im really quite curious how you get an interference after a goal is scored cause if it was before it wouldn't have counted and if it was an own goal there would be no assist...?

And due to the fact that the rangers are 2-0 and were 0-2 we will not be playing the Rangers.

Johnson would have to be leaps and bounds above two of Emmerton, brunstrom or mursak to take a 14th roster spot... Don't expect that to happen... They want to push the kids and challenge them to see out of those 3 who should get the last 2 spots... Johnson is really just showcasing him self that's really it... And unless he drops jaws at camp he won't be on the Wings roster...

I am happy his is ranked low. Now I can take him in the 4th round instead of the 3rd round. I think he will have a better year because I think as a team we will be better defensively in front of him helping him keep the confidence from playoffs and helping his numbers through out the season. I think he will be top 10 next season. crash

I guess the reason I though i was a huge waste of time was not getting one single piece of new news, but to constantly hear team doctors who don't play the game continuously say how he is a ferrari out there compared to other players, that he is the best player in the league, and that him at 90% is equal to every other player in the NHL at 100%. You are the team doctor, you are there to explain the injury and thats it, not shine his ball for him. I felt that for something that was basically so pointless except for a ploy to try to ease Pittsburgh fans and make sure they don't stop buying tickets. Waste of time, and there a lot of other more important things going on in the hockey world today. If the reporters could pay for last minute flights to get there, they can pay for a night at the local hotel. crash

I understand that you don't want to rate the wings to high and I'm not trying to go after you or anything but Im curious why you think Nashville and Anaheim over the wings. Nashville - They finished below us last year and they really didn't do anything to improve their roster. Anaheim - One of the biggest impacts of their season was how Selanne stepped up huge for them and gave them a lot of great offensive depth. They most likely will be losing him and Perry had a big year but that big year from him and getzlaf having a big year as usual had then finishing 5 points behind us. I understand that Detroit lost one of there best Offensive defenseman but I like to side on the side of optimism but I think our D will be a whole new beast this year. We missed the Conference finals by 1 goal. I also think we would have finished above SJ in the standings if we didn't lose Howard and Osgood both for a short amount of time and Datsyuk for an extended amount of time. I don't want to pick on you but I think some people sell the wings Short because we lost Rafalski. I think we can have a better overall season next season if we stay reasonably healthy and Howard can play at the level he did in the playoffs with the addition of hopefully a better Defensive effort we can have a great season. I Think we are younger, and hungrier with a lot of guys with something to prove. Howard, Mursak, Emmerton, White, Kronwall, Commodore, Ericsson... the list goes on. I hate Rumors. Haha There was a rumor all summer that Wiz was the guy we were getting to replace Rafalski and that he is the one in our sights and well obviously that wasn't even close in the end of things to the point where he bashed Detroit in the media. Oh well. I'm incredibly happy Holland and Co. Didn't overpay, just saying that just cause it was a rumor doesn't me it was close to happening

Hey you gotta give Eva some credit with this never say die attitude.... Eva just never quits... My one bold prediction Eva will name drop Hudler in a thread atleast three times a day for the entire season. Even if he gets traded. Not overally bold unless you account on days where the board is down or Eva forgets to pay the internet bill...
