series hawks.... SIGH...

So question for all of you.... I know that all the media was saying the Sharks are no longer chokes cause they beat the wings and made it out of the second round.... but my question now is if the sharks get swept in this round... or lose in 5 what do you think the Sharks organization does.... In my mind that are still chokes.. they had a lot of help in the 2nd round and in the conference finals (if they do get swept) obviously still don't have it... Do you resign Nabby, do you start trading away big names, or did they perform well enough to keep them...? Just curious on everyone elses thoughts....

And that right there is why I dont want the Sharks to win the Cup... lol.... Sucks rooting for the Hawks... but ill do it to have him go Ringless

I can't believe I'm rooting for the Hawks... But I can't stomach rooting for Thornton and the sharks.... I guess it is different cause I don't know any true Hawks fans (lucky me) but I am surrounded by Flyers Fans and I despise the flyers and I know one shark fan and man he drives me nuts.... The cup doesn't belong in Cali again... Not until the Kings win it... I really want the Habs to win but let's face it they are a LONG shot..... Sigh....

The good thing is..... Eklund is usually never right haha..... And he most likely will be right about the Holmstrom part, about us resigning him... so that means out of the other 39 he probably is wrong... So we have a shot at everyone except Parse lol

Please go back to a simple 2 point system. If you win the game 2 points if you lose the game 0 points. No reward for getting to overtime or a shootout. I know the NHL added the extra point so that teams would compete in OT, but all they did was make the dying minutes of the 3rd slower due to the fact that teams now will try to get to the OT for the point.... If you do a 3 point system once again you mak teams play a defense OT so that they don't risk ending thr game with 0 points because the shootout loss reward you with one. A two point system is the best and easiest way to due the standings and it needs to be changed to back this season... NO MORE 3 POINT GAMES!!

As much as I despise the flyers I really do enjoy Asham... He is a tough character who hits and will throw them if he has too... I am on my phone so I don't know 100% about size but from what I remember he isn't huge... But on the faster side which I think Holland would lead towards over just a big goon like enforcer... I also like Shawn thronton but don't get to see him play as much so I don't know how offensively inclinded he is... If anybody could elaborate more on some of the other names... Maybe some pros and cons that would be greatly apprciated....

I deffinitly see Hudler putting up career numbers this year... Around the 60's maybe hitting the 70 mark. He played on the 3rd and 4th line before he left and the 2nd pp unit. Now he will be getting 2nd line minutes instead of 3rd and 4th line minutes... For 3 million Hudler has to put up points because he doesn't play a great defensive role from what I remember and he doesn't have size to bang people around... I have a feeling at some point during the season we see the Giddy UP line come back into play.... Hudler-Filp-franzen with ZDH as the first line... Especailly if we don't retain bertuzzi...
