I really do hope that Pronger gets suspended and that Homer is okay.... Im hoping this is a situation like the all fimilar Umberger hit where he got jacked in the playoffs last year.... and then shows up in the next game and scores a goal.... Hopefully holmstrom is alright and thathe comes back and hurts pronger where it hurts the most... On the scoreboard to keep him away from the cup another year... Go Wings.... Go Homer!!!!

I see six just like the flames series... the way I see it homer makes another huge impact in Detroit we take game 5 for a 3-2 series lead.... and then we go in to San Jose not wanting a game six and leave it all on the line that night... and Take game six for the series win....

i personally believe that it should be a personal decision at the NHL level... I personally wear one after being hit in the eye with a hockey ball and almost going blind... and then catching a puck to the nose about a week ago... and looking like this But I still believe that it should be personal choice.... I do think it is nice though to have the AHL with the mandatory rule... that way playes coming up from the minors to the show are used to wearing the visor and maybe decide to continue playing with it... and I blieve that trend will keep growing...

You want to know what I think is the easiest way to break the trap.... Dont spot a team a 2 goal lead 10 minutes into the game.... If we dont supply San Jose with a lead like we did in game 1... Then San Jose will have to become more aggresive start taking chances and we will start forcing turnovers and making scoring chances from them... A team like San Jose you cant spot them an early lead and a big one with that much momentum that quick... espically at home.... Detroit needs to come out strong and hard in Game 2 and get up early.... then we can dictate the game and thats when we play the best hockey when we are in control....

So I guess if Lebda got KO'd then Langkow would get a suspension.... because the NHL rolls with the rule it all depends on the injury... which in my opinion is the stupidest thing ever...

I agree with everyone saying leave him in.... A lot of you guys want o pull the plug on him, for this series at least, because he hasnt been producing yet... instead just throwing the body around some... If your thinking hes not producing causes hes still hurt... then what do you do about zeta... he hasnt produced anything since he came back from injury... should we pull the plug on him too.... no way... you guys wait an see... if we go deep into these playoffs it will be because of the help of bertuzzi... he will become a game changing player... but he has to get the wheels moving again and thats not going to happen if you keep him off the ice...

Im def. staying positve.... Zata and Datsyuk werent on there game tonight... our 3rd line picked up for there slack... and Lidstrom made two mistakes that were goals... and we only lost 3-2... Im def. not scared.. we play a game where most teams would lose 5-1, 4-1... but no wer still in the game and fighting till the last minute... we are a lot stronger team and it showed tonight... when our stars dont show up... our other lines keep us in it... and when are stars do show up... then theres no one that can beat us..... chalk this up because no one expected a sweep.... wings in 5.... GO WINGS.... zata and datty will show up in game 4 with a game winning goal by Lidstrom... and then clinch at home....

This has by far in my opinion been the closest and one of the most exciting series these playoffs so far.... and once again tied 1-1... they head in to over time....

I am looking for New Era Red Wings Fitted Hats.... I would perfer preferbly flat brim...and I need size 7-1//8 - 7-3/8... Being that I'm in Pennsylvania It is hard for me to find them... If you know of any stories that have them in the detroit area... or If you have one your self that woudl be greatly appreciated.... Thank you crashnburnluder
