I think were worse. that series wouldn't have been a sweep if lindback wasn't the worst goalie by a large margin in playoffs.

We are the only team to spend 0 time in the offensive zone but still manage to give up a ton of odd man rushes... Where the hell are our guys if they only have to cover 2/3 the rink?

We won't, Boston got the lead. That means they will trap the hell out of us. We don't sustain pressure in there zone and it takes 10 tries to get in the zone before we get one entry.

At least we came out skating... Haha

I have never not finished a playoff game, this might be the first.... First time I have had zero hope in winning or even scoring a goal.

Sigh.... We have zero momentum. Couldn't even turn a pp into momentum.

Sorry didn't mean to target you. Just so many people have Howard on blast it gets confusing. I think Gus is a good back up, but he has way too much movement in his game. He travels so far that he leaves the net wide open a lot. He played good today I just know this is gonna turn into play Gus game 5 and not Howard. When Howard is our better goalie. Once again wasn't trying to attack you. Just very frustrated how things went tonight.

Gus played good, but he spent more time in the corners then some of our forwards. He travels way to much and challenges way to much. He is good in small doses but long term no. Howard gives up 2 and he is awful, Gus gives up 3 and he carried us???

Hahaha really, people are saying Gus kept us in it and gave us a chance...? The guy is so out of the net Marchand had 2 open nets. Gus is a terrible goalie and that's the reason why he is a back up.

I'm pissed that the chara dive changes the entire complex of the game... We didn't play well from that play on... If Babcock does anything right he calls out how much of a joke the league is becoming and takes the fine... On another note... We went to sleep and we got what we deserves... Nyquist played way over his head this season and people need to understand it's going to take time for him to be a legit NHLer. Either way changes will be made by necessity.

I think this is the first time as a fan that a 1-2 series that not only do I feel like we don't stand a chance but I really feel the series is 0-3. It's a weird feeling. It kinda seems that with out the stealing of game 1 that we have not belonged at all. We are an AHL team trying to play in the NHL playoffs as it's obviously working out poorly. Hopefully things will change in game 4 but looks like out only way to win is Howard out up a goose egg.

I'm not saying Howard isn't to blame, I just think the definition of a soft goal on this forum is crazy. The first goal last night wasn't a soft call and a lot of goalies won't come up with that save. Then hearing people say the 3rd goal in the Boston game was soft is completely laughable. Howard obviously hasn't been a stud stealing us every game, but he certainly has been our best player.

I'm probably the only one here that thinks Howard has been our best player through the 3 games. Yes he wasn't great in game 2, but mainly the first goal was the problem. Tonight is not on Howard, how many times do you have to rob a team for your team to not give you any goal support.... Howard has been our best player and most consistent. Just the facts... Everyone else has had a good couple shifts here or there and that's it... If our MVP of this series was named today... It would be Jimmy Howard... The one guy everyone is blaming the most....?
