I don't get the Legace hate. Yeah, he choked, but I don't think anyone was more pissed at him than he was himself. He had a very, very good career with the Wings and I would have loved to have had him playing top-form with Osgood this year. I don't think his leaving was a slight by any stretch of the imagination.

I picked up the skates that (per equipment guy Paul Boyer) Zetterberg wore through the first three rounds of the playoffs. They are DEFINITELY used! However, my feet are far too big and I am old and need bilateral knee replacements, so I don't think I will skate faster with them. Cool piece of nostalgia, though.

One of my top ten, certainly was when Chris Prongerprick tried to take out an already-injured Stevie Y and had the tables turn when Yzerman stuck out his butt and Prongerpric blew out his little birdie ACL. HAHAHHAHHAHAHH!!! I laughed....

These can't all be true. Wow, good luck man...I've got cold chills all over. That feeling of being told this by the doctor just game me a flashback. Long story short, two years ago I became spontaneously incredibly messed up. Bunch of test=doctor says he thinks I have brain cancer. All else pales. More tests=nope, a 'virus' knocked out my sense of balance and most of my sense of hearing. Still f***ed up, but what is there to do. Started living by motto, "Life's too short to drink cheap wine." OK, you guys have been WAY too nice to this guy. I'm always polite as pie to fans of other teams at the Joe...unless they start talking smack first directed at the rest of the crowd, then I kind of feel it is like DIE IN OUR HOUSE! I have gotten a bunch of people at my work into watching hockey. Once you get into it, watching the NBA (ACCKKK!) or baseball (LOOK, I think something happened! Nope, my bad, they just moved a little) becomes a boring waste of time. This doesn't even BEGIN to address why in the name of Yzerman they actually broadcast golf, curling, or bowling. AND you don't have to call yourself an outsider if you don't write smack like these stupid Pens fans who probably haven't gone to a hockey game until this year.

Hank's girlfriend Emma Andersson(sic) is QUITE a hottie as well. I remember going to Toast of Hockeytown the year after Anna broke up with Sergie. HOT, HOT, HOT women dressed-out like models were lining up on him...I think they actually all ovulated as they had their picture taken with him. I agree completely. I didn't think for a second it hurt his head, but clearly in slo-mo Roberts-pig-copulator's thumb went into Franzen's eye. Franzen grabbed and covered his EYE when he hit the ground. That wasn't diving. Let me shove a thumb as hard as I can into your eye and see if you respond without covering it and hitting the dirt! Roberts? As I've said before, in the words of Mr. Woo of Deadwood (making throat-slashing motion) "DEAD COCKSUCKER!"

Wow...I laughed so hard I hurt myself! Over on the Pens site a under some trash heading about "its just a matter of time before Detroit starts bitching about the officiating," some incredibly hockey-knowledgeable fan says he/she is sick of the Pens players being accused of leaping. Fortunately, one fo the other Pens fans (the one who has actually attended a single game prior to this year) corrected them that the term is "DIVING" Leaping/diving...quarters/periods...baskets/goals...safety/goalie...it's all the same!!!!!!
