After a recent move I can't get satellite anymore, so no more Center Ice (Cable here doesnt offer Center Ice either, how lame). I see GameCenter being advertised, and have read that they made it better this year and subscriptions have gone up. Does anyone here have that? Is it good or bad about blackouts? Do VS and NBC games get blacked out cuz I can live with that.

After a 8 month hiatus, I feel this is the best post to start things up again for me. AO did the thing for one reason only. The fans. He loves them and will do everything he can to make whatever it is he does worth the price of admission. AO is better than Crosby, and Crosby is ,yes, frustrated because before coming to the NHL people told him he was the best. He is used to winning and being the best. Its tough for Crosby to be respected by the fans, which started with his attempt of a playoff beard and has stemmed all the way here. The main difference is this : Crosby cares about being the best and wants his name to flood the hockey market. AO probably cares less and just wants to play awesome hockey. This is evident from last post season. When the Caps got knocked off by the Flyers, AO went out on the ice an applauded the fans for their support. Sid the Kid just sat and cried. Yeah I know coming that close to winning and end up losing is heartbreaking, but he should have done the same, considering how loyal his fans are. He is the reason why the Mellon Arena sells out. As far as that squable, AO gave a love tap because he knew what Sid would do. I think it was great that he called him out in a way and they talked some smack. March 8th will be a great game to watch when the Pens return to DC for their last meeting of the regular season.

You are forgetting having the best defense in the league and having the best line in the NHL. And Chris Osgood's only competitor in numbers is Marc-Andre Fleury, Franzen leads scoring, Kronwall tied with most points for a D-man..... Should I keep going? Screw them.

Turco hasnt gone up against an offense that is "hitting on all cylinders". Turco is a big reason why Dallas is doing so well and if we take him out of the equation it gives the Stars a harder time to win. While the Stars roster does not have Turcos name on it alone, we have to solve him if we want to win this series.

The Penguins and Flyers have not played a rock solid defense. Put them up the Wings and lets see how many goals are scored. Penguins are playing good, but they will have to play a lot better if they want to get past a Western Defensive team -- which the Red Wings were the best in the NHL this season for defense. Dont get me wrong it wont be a walk in the park for the Western team, but the East will have to find a way to overcome that defensive road block.
