When I signed up for classes in November, I made sure no class would come in the way of Wings playoff game.

The only problem is that I am from middle eastern descent, so me + beard @ aiport = trouble.... but let me say I can get a nice beard going... I would have to ask the approriate parties if I could grow a beard (you know who I am talking about). And yes, I think I would dye it Red to support the Wings... Im that crazy.

- Avs over Wild... I think they could do it. - Stars over Ducks, more of a wishful thinking but a first round exit is what these guys deserve, especially how dirty they have been known to play. - Bruins over Habs? Probably not, but man Boston vs. Montreal playoff series can get very intense and tables can be turned. - I wont say Calgary over the Sharks because I think thats a bit too much... But I would like The Sharks to play the Ducks if possible, and also for Detroit to play them in the conference finals, just so we can beat them again and let everyone know who's the best team in the West. - Oh, I almost forgot. Rangers over Devils.

I'm very happy he plays for us... I hope that he will be the future face of the Wings (and perhaps one day be Captain) and lead us to many more championships.

All Teemu has to do is play and they win... hes been the difference maker in a lot of areas. And especially with Zubov out and Turco, who has a history of not playing his best in the playoffs, how can the Ducks not win?

Before this year I used to wear my Hat for about 24 hours (even when I sleep) before a game. Also I played 2K Sport's NHL as the Wings versus our opponents and win (of course I do). I do this as a sign of good luck for the Wings.... And yes I take my hat of when I shower.. This year I got Z's jersey for Christmas, so Im still thinking what to do with it.

Boston could beat the Habs you know (LOL). Pitt is definitely a team a lot of people are thinking will go places this year. I wouldnt want to count out the Rangers either, as they can play some hockey too. The thing is when it comes to young teams or teams that have been out of the playoff picture for a while, you can't really gauge past playoff series and the changes this year that might turn the tides for one team. I think that we are going to be in for a pleasant treat this year for East playoff hockey, as some good series are going to played.

I would sit Lids at least, he deserves a night off... If we didnt have too many injuries I would say Z Dats and Franzen. If we cant sit them then they would play a lot less and give the other lines some time to play and have fun.... Which might be a good thing to get them in playoff mode.

Keep telling us that...especially since we have the best record right now in the NHL, and keep saying that when we beat your preds, and the next opponent and the next, and we are going to take this thing to the finals and win the Cup... BEEEEYYYYYAAA!!!!

I want Dallas to lose and Colorado to win. That would mean it would be San Jose vs. Anaheim. I want to see that as much as I want to Wings to win the Cup this year.

Nashville has playoff experience : losing. Had this been last years Preds I would be nervous. But Vokoun is gone, Forsberg is gone, Kariya is gone. Whew. Their goaltender may be on a "hot" streak right now but that doesnt make up for being that damn good to win a cup or not choking on the big stage. I like what someone said earlier... sweep or win in 5? I'll say 5... let the preds steal one at their home. Oh yes, my response. Wings by a landslide. Sorry Preds, just not in the cards for you tihs year. But hey, at least you made it to the playoffs when nobody thought you would do anything and almost moved. That is something you can be happy about.

Boston and Montreal series are always good. The one matchup I want to see is Pitt. vs Wash. I mean talk about ratings and good hockey. Carolina and Ottowa would be good. And Of course, the New York vs. New Jersey matchups are always good. I think I would watch more Eastern Playoff games than Western games... LOL

Especially with D Mac back in the lineup i give a big yes... if we face the Ducks, he will fight Pronger and win (he beat Iginla in the 04 playoffs if i recall correcly, and if he didnt i remember he beat the s*** out of him before going down). As far as goaltending goes, I say we are 110% in the department... if Hasek (GOD I HOPE NOT) has to sit out for a game, Ozzie can carry us... Defense defense defense!!!! If our defense stays healthy and plays well it looks good for us. I will say this... the Red Wings have to play and produce as a team, not just Lids Z and Hasek, etc... What I liked last year was that we had Franzen and Clearly step up and do their part... I can't wait to see things this year.... That includes being physical.
