I am tired of the Wings getting ZERO respect and credit. Everyone thinks that we don't have a chance, and if we win, it was by fluke... I bet you that when we win the Cup this year that it would still be a fluke. Even the analyists don't give us much credit. PROVE THEM WRONG BOYS!

In all reality we need to win this one. Winning 3 games straight is tough but not impossible. I'd rather have this series tied 2-2 than SJ up 3-1, especially since they won the most away games this year....

The Sharks have this wonderful tendancy to cool off during the playoffs and lose. Whats worse is that Nabby is no Kipper, but even Kipper couldnt carry his team all the way. Who cares if you have these great "stars" on your team, that doesn't mean s***. Home ice for the Sharks means nothing, we beat Calgary on their ice, and the HP Pavillion is hardly as tough to play in as the Saddledome. I suggest the Sharks fans suck it up, you aren't going to steamroll the Wings like you thought you would... infact I suggest you prepare for a proper spanking. Wings in 5 or 6

everyone is against the Wings against the Sharks just as most of them thought Calgary could beat us. We beat the Flames and we can beat the Sharks

The Sharks think they are hot stuff because they beat us 9-4 in the regular season. Well... this is playoff hockey... Right now with the Wings finally past the cursed first round and having the Wings play really good at home that this will be a Wings win in 5 games. San Jose can't beat us, we are too good right now, and they aren't that good... sure they beat Nashville, but finishing them in 5 doesn't mean s*** when you play the best team in the West.BTW, if we beat Calgary at home, we can easily beat SJ at home. Time to ready those harpoons, its shark hunting time.

Hey, the wings did play s***ty those first two games in calgary... the same play style that got us knocked out in the first round last year. I still am not happy with how we played in games 3 and 4.... we can't do it again agasint Dallas/SJ. Its not doom and gloom, just more of: we need to play better in Calgary to put away this series without a Game 7.

There were several moments where I thought Calgary would score, you guys had a good effort in this one, I am surprised we won.

I think all the Wings deserve credit for this win... just about all of them stepped up at certain times... Dan Cleary I think was the best player this series...

What is really ironic is this.... Flames sent Franzen a message in Game 5... (at least thats what some think) Franzen sent them one in Game 6 : "Game Over"

I was reading on Yahoo! that rumor was that Phoenix might be looking to sign Bertuzzi, but considering his play so far has no doubtly earned him a space on the wings, Lang and a couple of others will be gone (clearing up 5+ million in space), the pressure Florida will put on him to sign (getting them a draft pick), I do not think the Coyotes will be able to sign him. I guess Forsberg might be a candidate for them, but I believe Bert will be back next year as a Wing

Well... the Sabres beat the Islanders and will have to play the Rangers now. How ironic.... now they have to win on the other side of town I am also thrilled at how the Rangers are playing. Rangers and Sabres will be a very good matchup IMO, just like Stars/Canucks. So I find it intereting that it will be a New York team to go to the Conf finals and possibly have a shot at the Cup.... Interesting.
