I think the Ducks will win Game 6. The Preds will be out there for sure trying to eagerly close out a series at home for the first time ever, but I think the Ducks will be well focused and composed, earning them a 3-2 win.

The fact that Ryan Miller has posted 2 shutout games and having his team win by 1 goal on both occasions is the worst way to lose, especially with the offense Philly has. If Buffalo can play a defensively strong game tonight the Flyers will have their work cut out for them

He was a workhorse for us in this series. Scored and played solid defense. No need for him to go out of his way and Kronwall people when he is turning into a key player for us (most minutes per game during the series).

Joe Thornton blowing kisses to his fans (according to him) was priceless. The Sharks are likely to advance now and if they play the Wings I think it will be the best matchup of the second round. Their depth is causing problems for the Kings and is why they win games.

I am pulling hard for the Kings here. I'd love for them to make things interesting.

As you said, Bryz is their best player. Very often does his play in net determine if the Coyotes win or lose, and that is not the best thing to have. The Coyotes will have to make it worth his while to stay in Phoenix, because they don't have a chance in hell without him or another goaltender of equal skill/quality. Does he want the money or will he take a little less to play for a contender? Let's be honest the Yotes are not contenders right now. He's the only guy who knows that.

He looked great out there last night. Glad to see he can be a team player about the whole situation.

As a Detroit fan first and a Yotes fan second, this series tore me up. The Yotes have really set an example of what it means to battle in hockey. 2 seasons of playoff appearances when everyone doubted them says something. The Yotes did not go quietly and battled hard every shift. Heres to hoping you guys stay in Phoenix and you guys can find success against another opponent in the playoffs next year.

Amidst all this WInnipeg joking, I'd love to see them stay in the desert as I am moving back out there again. I loved watching the Coyotes and it upset me that they had to play the Wings again. Hockey can work in Phoenix, especially with an owner who gives a s*** and can afford to run a sports franchise. The fans deserve it, especially after the last 2 seasons full of failed attempts to purchase the franchise. Just imagine if they wanted to takes the Wings away, because thats how it is for quite a few people out there.
