I'll go against the grain and say this is a decent swap for both teams. Tampa got a defensemen with alot of potential, and a 1st rounder. Don't get me wrong, Tampa is being incredibly stupid by trading away their best defensmen.

The way I look at it... In 2002 they weren't lazy. They were as stacked now as they were then. We have enough leaders on this team to let that happen.

Yes it matters. Sure, they are equal in talent but Dats is a better set up man. He didn't play with Cleary and Draper in most other games tho.
