4 on 4 sucks. 4 on 3 sucks more. Refs deciding when to make and when to not make calls is absurd. Unless ovie is shooting, hes non existent. Good offense tonight, both teams. Pk is awful. Need datsyuk, need not the services of andy, kindl, quincey. Kids need to stay, make room. Emergence of sheahan and glendy really shows the mistake of signing weiss. Would rather see tootoo than eaves or andy.

Franzen needs to be paired with speed. Speed creates chances and chances open the ice. Franzen scores, everyone else does the work. Helm abby franzen. Best third line in hockey.

When all players are healthy we all of a sudden have a surplus of centers. Datsyuk, weiss, helm, andy, sheahan, ferraro, emmerton.... i wonder how it will play out. I still feel like this team needs wingers most importantly.

Injuries suck, yes. But the forwards are way too one dimentional. Too many speedy defensive forwards, 0 offensive guys. This season is scrapped already due to poor,or panicked off season moves, for 2 offseasons. The future is brighter then the present, and unfortunately as fans, the dead weight cant be let go for some time and patience has ran out. Wings need health, and their top, most fragile players will be giving their playoff push to the olympics. Game over.

Sammy is not the reason they lost this game, neither is the coaching. When's the last time they got a rebound? There's no urgency, no one wants to score. Being smart and staying calm is great, but it's making them look slow and weak. They know they can't score, so they're constantly playing not to give up goals. Tatar is the only guy going, consistently.

If all stadiums were like that (108,000,outdoor/indoor) and tickets were 20 dollars, wouldn't they make the same amount of money if charging 50-100 for tickets at the Joe seating 38,000? -

I've been trying to figure this out as well. I don't think there's a lot of options other than leaving at 6-8 AM and hoping to get lucky.

Would like to see Jurco and Tootoo both in the full healthy lineup. Wishful thinking. Jurco; He's looked solid, real good speed, goes hard to the net, uses his body hasn't made many , if any defensive errors. He seems ready to make an impact. This team lacks solid wingers. He could fit nicely in that role.

Theres always empty seats in the lower bowl. Going to a wings game, unless you're super early and dont plan on leaving your seat the whole game...Your gonna wait in lines. Large ones. The arena isn't set up for that many people to move around fluently. Everything from parking to using the restroom is a very painful activity at the JOE. People come late and leave early because theres just no room to move.
