ahhh poor baby and his hurt hand
-
Exactly on spot again my friend! I don't see why people defend this disgrace to the game of hockey. WHO wants a player that always leaves his feet and takes 5+ strides before he hits a player? Screw Tootoo and his selfish hockey play.
-
So that means that his charging of the opposing player is deemed void cause it was a shoulder and not a elbow?
-
Exactly my thoughts as well.
-
Sure, but there is a differnce between an Elite HOF hockey player like Chris CHelios and then there is the bum, piece of trash player like Jordin Tootoo. Chelios will be rememberd as a HOF, Tootoo will be.... hmm 15 years from now? I think not.

The ***** gets whats coming to him. Cant sand that little prick. What a disgrace to hockey.

NO THANK YOU!!!!

seriosuly look at his plus and minus ratio, he is usually dead last on his team.
-
Well he should come here then, cause we are his reason for coming back... HIS BEST SHOT AT WINNING AND GOING OUT ON TOP!!!! RAngers? please, they won't make he playoffs.
-
SO that justifies that what he did was right and considerd self defense? Be real man and don't assume. He was just out there looking for a head to pound on cause he is such a TOOL for Barry Trotz.
-
2002 hands down
-
Look at his +/- ratio for this season and he past 4 seasons and tell me that you still want him... He is a DEFENSIVE LIABILITY, he may throw some hits around but when he does he always gives the other team a chance to score cause he is out of position.

There are many emotions you may feel when you read this article: anger, sadness, frustration, etc. etc. But there is just one so called emotion that i feel and that is disrespect. I feel disrespected as a human being, and i feel deep pain cause I know personally how it feels to have someone close to you have cancer. In my case 2 of my family members have fallen from this horrible and terrible medical nightmare. My uncle due to brain cancer, and my grandfather from stomach cancer. You have no idea how the pain feels. It makes you become such a helpless an hopeless person. It really hits the heart deep and the soul forever when your doctor comes into that room and doesn't really know how to say anything but:" I'm sorry but you have cancer." After that all you can do is hope and pray for their pain to end quickly, or a miracle to cure them from it. Now I don't wish anyone to have cancer because that is such a terrible curse to put on any human, because it is just unbearable to literally sit and watch your family just lay down and waste away from you, and they don't have a fightings chance to overcome the illness because there is no cure for brain/stomach cancer yet:But in this case I hope God chooses a punishment for that individual, and I don't care what happens to him in his future life but I hope he becomes hollow, empty, and scarred from it for the rest of his miserable so called life. I want him to feel the pain I felt and the pain EVERY SINGLE Cancer patients and survivors feel each and every year. This is why I am torn about reading this article, it brought back alot of bad memories for me. Once you lose someone there is no bringing them back, you have to deal and coupe with the pain every day, for the rest of your life. I am glad that Steve Yzerman is still going to continue to check up on the kid. Classy stand up guy.
-
Let us all hope so.
-
Yes, Stevie loves that kid to death! Otherwise he would have not fooled with him in the first place. The kid was just fooled to believe in a lie that just got bigger and bigger every time his tool of a father opened his yapper. The kid has to learn sometime, somewhere, and why what he did was wrong and why people should not do it. I mean how else will the kid learn from his father mistakes if he does not know what he and his father did was wrong. The kid is obviously old enough and able enough to learn WRONG from RIGHT. He will either learn from his mistakes and grow from this, or he can go on to becoming a shell of his father if he chooses to not care about this and anything.
-
Yzerman has every right to say what he wants to say. Obviously he still cares about the little boy or he probably would decline to talk about this whole situation and possibly take it to court. The kid had to have known eventually that he had been telling lies after his father manipulated him into it, and it is not his fault but he should have known what his father was doing and told Yzerman the truth before the situation escalated to the point where it is today.

Yeah I pretty much agree with everything you said except for the SUNDIN part. Face it dude, he is not leaving Canada. Id rather have Filppula than Sundin any day of the week. Plus you said that we would re-sign him? You know, I know, and everyone here on this board knows he is white and blue all the way and will cross the border back to Toronto no matter what team would/will trade for him and the BOGUS trade requests they want back for his services. I want Marian Hossa, and I want him now....
-
They didn't play The Pot at the concert i went to in Birmingham as well, but it still rocked my world. Maynard is the man! I bet he would have worn a Wings jersey if we had won the cup last year.
-
HELL YES!!!!!!!! Lets hope he is the next "Mats Sundin".... We are human so we are allowed to say dumb things sometimes. I mean if we weren't allowed to say anything dumb at all then why does Sean Avery still play hockey, and who else would announce games for the Nashville Predators besides those homers?

"Scout-savvy Red Wings are still flying high and mighty"
Salviaman replied to RedStormRising's topic in General
Oh i can imagine the Wings without Dats and Z..... Can you say 8th place or so in the Conference? -
Give the guy a break, he is about to turn 46 on the 25th of this month. He probably;y needs a little more rest to play games now than he did about 5 years ago. He just wanted to be ready for the Ducks, cause we all know he wanst to settle some business with them. Cheli is a great guy, did you see him signing autographs when the Wings were leaving the bench tongith after they won? Oh and Hasek was nice and let a Wing fan take his stick home with him. I love classy players!!

JUST SAY NO!!!!!!!!!!
