You can pretty much see it coming before we ever play the 2nd game. We always dominate the 1st day and we never are able to take it with us the 2nd. I have a pretty bad feeling about next week Fri-Sat. Edmonton - Fri and @ NASHVILLE - Sat. This team needs an enforcer or we can kiss any kind of chance winning the cup. No one helps each other out after whistles. We just watch our team get our ass kicked.

agree, he will take out guys that run over Zets and Dats. Also he's scores goals and can setup guys for nice goals on the side. He's what I would go for. 34 years old isn't that bad. We do have guys in the 40's.

we are out of the forsberg race based on last night's effort and him basically destroying us? He had the game winning goal and setup gagne. According to Eklund, who I know is NEVER right almost 95% of the time were out of the forsberg race and Nashville is leading the way? If scouts were looking at our team last night against philly wow that pretty much sucked then. We were so sloppy, no one was impressed. what do you guys think?

Speculation and tensions in Leafland are all over the map tonight, with some sources saying Peca has been offered a deal, others saying Carter, a few saying both...This is getting really soap opera-like and more and more intriguing. I will stay on this story as closely as I can. I have great sources who are each hearing different things. I am also hearing that Peca and "a NY area team" are talking. And there are two sources that are saying that Carter may have decided to take a deal in Detroit in the last few hours.
