Try ice on the bruise. When I donated blood my bruise seemed to keep getting worse until I iced it and then it got better.

UGH Some people are just so rude and don't even realize it. But I like them too much to say anything about it. But the more I think about it the more I want to say something. I'm just too non-confrontational.
