I've kind of been avoiding this thread, but I really need to get in shape and lose a few pounds. I hope to be able to do that mostly by doing cardio, I'm not the type of person that stops eating altogether to lose some weight. Anyway, I'm going to try to lose 5 pounds by the end of july.

I'M BACK! at least for now. My computer has a virus and has to be reformatted, and we have to get some software that was just ordered yesterday. Right now I'm on my sister's computer, but I don't know how often I'll be able to get online in the next week or two. Hopefully it won't take longer than a week.
