That cant be true. Who in their right mind would give up a first for those guys? I could see a second maybe... Also the Wings just re-signed Lilja so i doubt he gets moved.

I'm gearing up for my annual Hockey Pool and was looking at Keith Tkachuk as a later round pick when I noticed something that struck me as odd about his stats. His point totals are exactly the same as the year before: 2006/2007- 79gp 27g 31a 58pts 2007/2008- 79gp 27g 31a 58pts I dont think I've ever seen that before but I'm sure it must have happened at some point. I guess I can bank on another 58 points this year.

Kent was a good player but I could have scored 100 points in the NHL in the early 80's. Teams won games 8-7 back then.

Good game by the Wings: -Tim Thomas played a terrible first period and the puck sounded like it was hitting concrete when it hit his pads - Helm coughed a puck up that cost the team a goal and fanned on a great oppurtunity in the slot. -Zetterberg was decent through the first two periods but played a whale of a third. - I dont know how Jonathan Ericsson doesnt make this team -Stuart also looked very good

Yeah I read that story and I hope youre right that no news is good news. No news sometimes makes me worry but this doesnt appear to be too serious. I vote Nick doesnt play another pre-season game.
