I doubt that will happen since Lilja just re-signed and I'm sure asked about his playing time next year. I have to beleive it will be Meech or Lebda or both moved. -

I'm sure I will take some heat. The Hasek/Jagr thing is essentially a toss-up.As for Gretzky/Lemieux I just feel Mario dominated after the influx of Europeans in the league.

I dont think its a stupid comment at all. The point is that none of us here know what happens in the Red Wings dressing room,so saying Lidstrom isnt as vocal as Chelios is just us guessing.

Theres not nearly enough toughness on any of those teams to win We all know from being on LGW that goons win Stanley Cups and tournaments,add Downey and Laraque to the Canadian team and they win hands down.

I dont think I can recall a so called "tough guy" get tuned up and beaten on a more regular basis than Andre Roy,but I guess he at least drops them.

I think you start the year like this: Datsyuk Zetterberg Holmstrom Franzen Filppula Hossa Hudler Draper Cleary McCarty Helm Samuelsson Give Flip a chance to be on that second line and it it doesnt work you seperate Hank and Pavel. You could put Kopecky/Maltby in on the 4th line but I think Helm proved himself in the playoffs.
