We always get screwed, I was hoping for Thursday as well. CBC will be carrying the series in Canada and they always offer live streams of the game from their website.

No Way dude!!!! At least 6 or 7 games.

It's over!!! GO HAWKS GO!!!!!!!! haha, I never thought I'd say that.

Just think, if it is Chicago vs Vancouver and they beat Vancouver, it would be the Hawks vs Sharks in the second round with us playing either the Preds or Ducks. I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but as much I'd love and I've been routing for the Hawks to NOT make the playoffs. I love how this scenario might come true. What do you guys think? I can't imagine for anyone not cheering for the Hawks in the first round solely for this reason.

Ducks up 2-0 on LA right now. We better win tomorrow.

Worst call in the history of the NHL Absolute disgrace to have this counted after video review in Toronto, obviously kicked in and quite obvious it never crossed the line. Honestly, it's a conspiracy, what else can you say. Horrible, horrible call.

If not for missing a good amount of games, definitely Dats as he's been the difference on most nights when playing, but overall game in and game out, Lidstrom has kept the team going. From his leadership to his on-ice play, he's consistently been the reason why we've clinched our ninth Division Title in ten years will have one of the top seeds heading into the playoffs. With the injuries to Raf, Stuart and so forth, he's kept our defense kicking.

We're really missing Dats on the PP!

????? Joey is in net dude, lol And neither was his fault aside from a rebound on first, but even then not all his fault. Second no chance.

At least the Refs are consistent, muahaha!

Exactly, WTF!!! He's short, Bert is tall, definitely not 5 and a major!!!!

Great interview, thanks for posting! Dats rules!

LOL!!! C'mon Jimmy, put on a shoulder brace and get out there tomorrow night against the Hawks! Link - Shoulder Sprain Overview Treatment for a shoulder spain includes: Rest—Avoid using your injured arm. Ice—Apply ice or a cold pack to the shoulder for 15-20 minutes, four times a day for at least 2-3 days. This helps reduce pain and swelling. Wrap the ice or cold pack in a towel. Do not apply the ice directly to your skin. Medication—First, consult your doctor if you have any questions about using medicines. Common over-the-counter medicines include: ibuprofen , naproxen , acetaminophen , and aspirin . Also available are topical pain medicines (eg, creams, patches) that are applied to the skin. Brace or sling—You may need to wear a sling to immobilize your arm and shoulder. If you play sports, you may need to wear a shoulder brace when you return to play. Rehabilitation exercises—Begin exercises to restore flexibility, range of motion, and strength in your shoulder as recommended by your healthcare professional. Sometimes electrical stimulation is used to aid recovery. Surgery—is not always needed to repair a mild shoulder sprain without instability or dysfunction. In certain athletes, earlier surgery may be considered to avoid recurrent injury.

I hear ya, and Babs is equally frustrated. Kenny needs to get on the phone with the league and get this issue solved for the playoffs.

I know it's great news, lol, but did we honestly need another thread on this? http://www.letsgowings.com/forums/topic/68842-jimmy-howard-injury/page__st__60

Excellent news for Jimmy! Don't rush back, but I'm very relieved given Ozzie's uncertainty!!! My link Red Wings' Jimmy Howard expects to return soon; Thomas McCollum recalled from Toledo Published: Sunday, March 27, 2011, 1:22 PM Updated: Sunday, March 27, 2011, 1:29 PM By Ansar Khan DETROIT -- While his teammates practiced Sunday afternoon, Detroit Red Wings goaltender Jimmy Howard was in the training room at Joe Louis Arena receiving treatment on his sprained left shoulder. His spirits were good. He is relieved that he did not suffer a serious injury Saturday night, when Toronto's Joffrey Lupul fell on top of him in the third period. An MRI revealed no damage. Howard is listed as day-to-day. He is hoping to return for Wednesday's home game against St. Louis. That appears overly optimistic. But he is confident he'll play some games before the playoffs. “I'll be ready for the playoffs. We got enough games left. Still a couple of weeks away,'' Howard said. "Hopefully this doesn't keep me out (too long). Hopefully I can come back possibly Wednesday. I'm going to do the best I can to try to get back as soon as possible, icing it like crazy and continue to work with (trainers).'' The club has recalled Thomas McCollum from Toledo (ECHL). He will dress as Joey MacDonald's backup for Monday's game against the Chicago Blackhawks at the Joe (7:30 p.m., Versus).
