    3/2 GDT: Red Wings 4, Sabres 2

Miller is going to kill us tonight! He wants to come to Detroit bigtime so he's doing his best to impress Kenny! Miller and Howard, would be an awesome combo next year!

Ryan Miller a Wing in '09?

Sounds AWESOME! Miller with Howard as the backup would be amazing. We could certainly get something half decent for Osgood. Heck, package him off to Buffalo since they'll be needing a goalie, lol.

    Brad Richards

Ya, correct the title, it's 5 points!

    Hossa

Unlike Brad Richards who had 5 points last night! So glad we didn't give up farm for Hossa, he's going to be a bust!

No, he's an awesome coach, this is hardly anything that's his fault.

    Wings among trade deadline losers

Melrose is the real loser, please... There's a reason were in contention for the cup every year, we'd don't give away the farm on trade deadline day.

Ducks are the team to beat.

Agreed, but TSN specifically picked Detroit.

Ducks are the team to beat.

Good, last year they said Detroit was the team to beat. This year's our turn! Looking forward to Stuart knocking out some of Pronger's teeth!

    Hossa To Pittsburgh

Pens overpaid big time, Atlanta has some great prospects now! The Pens D and goaltending aren't good enough to win the cup.

At this rate the Leafs can pull Toskala and put Raycroft in and still win!

Mccabe isn't going anywhere!!! Damn, the prices keep rising, I don't like! http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=230551&hubname= ps. I love what Mccabe thinks. Sundin obviously has the same amount of Brain Cells if they think their not far off from winning the cup! haha "I don't think we're that far off," McCabe said. "We had a ton of injuries again this year. You guys make this out to be like the worst team in the world. We've battled injuries every year I've been here. " And the leafs have sucked every year, lol.

    The 2008 Trade Deadline Thread

    The 2008 Trade Deadline Thread

If that's the case, then I think we can cross Sundin off the list. There isn't enough time left for Sundin to make up his mind and for the Leafs to agree to the trade pending negotiation with Sundin's agent for extended contract. Nevermind Sundin loves the Leafs and would want to come back to them next year. Hossa it is. Now I see why there's almost 1000 replies to Hossa thread. It's Hossa were most likely to land, and not Sundin.
