Over the past 8 years or so, I always thought that a good drinking game would involve Forsberg. If you used Floppa as the basis, you could drink HEAVILY just about every game. The sad fact is he is referenced during every broadcast (except FSN with Ken and Mickey). I would suggest you stay away from shots though, beers may be safer!

Interesting... I thought that last year there were three other teams in the west that "choked" in the first round. -
Parking would be interesting. As it stands now, with only 1 team playing there is verrrry little parking. Seeing as it is quite possible to have all 3 teams playing....... OH BOY!

Still can not figure why Babs had Bert and Sammy shooting. As we all know, Sammy can see through the crest of the goaler, and therefore attempts to reach the back of the net through him. And Bert wasn't the greatest decision in my eyes being the first game back one would think that his timing may be off (hand in relationship to foot, altering accuracy).

The really entertaining part here is that if Sergei had the opportunity to come back to the Wings, he would. He still has a home here and spends a lot of time here in the off-season. Not to mention that his numbers have been really (for lack of a better term) crappy since leaving Det. I would enjoy having him back simply because, when he plays hard, he's nearly unstoppable.

This Datsyuk crap is getting ridiculous!!!!!! If for some absurd reason he doesn't resign, I know exactly what this board will look like.... Holland should be fired...... How could we let this guy go..... Datsyuk, at "any" price, is worth not being embarrased by his ability with whichever team he would move to.

Talk about laughing uncontrollably... Did someone actually say that Schneids is a good TWO-way D-man??? If he didn't score 20+ a season then he wouldn't be any better than Lilly-pad. SEE-YA!

If you do decide to take the people mover after the game be aware you'll probably be waiting awhile. The ONLY time I did this (not my choice) I waited for a train I could actually squeeze myslef on for upwards of an half hour. BTW, whatever you do make sure you get to experience the restrooms at the Joe. (hint.. wait in the line where the tubs meet at a 90 deg angle.)

Bert has paid his dues for what was an unfortunate accident.... YES, he purposely punched Moore in the back of the head but the outcome was accidental. Every NHL game similar "sucker punches" occur and rarely causes injury. And as far as I am concerned, I like Bert's view point that it has nothing to do with the Wing's, its a personal problem and keep it that way.

In my eyes there are two differences between Krupp and Bert: 1) Bert has a lot to prove with past history and simply trying to maintain his NHL career. 2) Bert never played for the Avs, which is why I believe that Krupp pu$$ed out for two years but still could race his dogs and such.

Standing room tickets are $27 for reg season (what I usually buy). I believe $22 are for rows 25 and up on the ends of the ice.

I am sooooooo glad this schmuck is off the market. Floppa is going to ruin any type of chemistry that Nashville did have. Not only that, the chances of him finding a skate that will make him happy so he can play the rigorous schedule of the playoffs is VERY slim.
