I went to bed at 8 last night couldn't tell you the last time i went to bed then.

So anyone want to get some fit going again? I have been really good about working out ever since this summer. but i can always use some help pushing me. Graduation 200lbs Now 170lbs I work out at lifetime fitness in Troy before work and Sterling Heights after work. I like lifetime but is there any other good places to go around that area?

well i can't say I'm into that, i keep the leather in the closest unless its the weekend. I don't think its take a drank too much. But i know I didn't get much sleep. then again it's not going to stop me from checking out all the bars around my new home this weekend.

I don't even know what the means Tylenol and coffee so far, i can't sleep because i have been at work since 9. It sounded like such a good idea at the time.
