i believe, called a 7 game series before game 1. it should go without saying that i hoped (if it was going 7) we'd win today and in game 7 but if we have to do it by winning two in a row... make it so.

if it's the right call, you make it... it doesn't matter what game its in or how much time is left in the game. this concept of the refs refusing to make a call because it might cost one team the game... shallow. we lost the games, not the officials. aneheim played a very disciplined 2 periods of hockey and even the chances they gave us were not enough to result in a victory... we lost and we'll have a great opportunity to win game 6 and bring the series home for a victory in game 7.
