He's not complaining about the salary, merely about the fact that things haven't gone his way since joining the Habs.

Alex Kovalev's amazing accuracy clip! WOW I'm speechless
FinWing replied to kovatsyuk's topic in General
We're waiting for your shooting clips now. -
How do you even come up with something like Hassock? Hashek or something similar would've been more understandable. Oh well, it happens.

I see your point. But as for his abilities, Kindl seems to be playing in the wrong league this season. If he was already close to making the Wings out of camp, I don't see why he wouldn't be even closer next season. He would certainly benefit greatly from playing with our veterans, even if it means his ice time will be somewhat limited to start with.

I can't believe this! Embarrassing, to say the least.

Nice job GongShow86, way to start! I couldn't actually keep my good start going, just a mediocre 12/22. Damn you Jackets, Sabres, Sharks, Bruins (you should've lost in Detroit, not in Philly), Thrashers, Blues, Coyotes, Flames, Hurricanes and last but not least Wings (!!! ) for losing!

You're so right. I always have faith, even last year after we lost game 5. There's always hope and it ain't over until it's over. It doesn't hurt to be positive and it feels so much better when everything finally falls into place after some disappointments. We have a solid organisation, a good team and the future always looks good. Why not be positive?

But whatever the result, I admire your faith in our team, buddy.
-
I hope you didn't jinx us.
-
You appreciate a precious thing even more when it's gone. I love that one.
-
I hope we chase Thomas and thus get to see Joey Mac play tonight.

A lot of injuries and on top of that most of them to key players.
-
Tell me about it. Last time around I picked Stars to beat them at home and they didn't, now I picked BJ's to beat Stars at home and they didn't. Darn. And Sabres got their asses kicked by the Wild, I figured they wouldn't lose until today against the Devs.
-
Same here man. Well, still a lot of games left!
-
Amen to that. Many flashy defensive plays derive from an earlier mistake or bad positioning.
-
To say he's been unlucky with injuries would be an understatement.
-
Fair enough, I read you. A year in GR wouldn't hurt but if he seems NHL-ready by next training camp, why not give him a shot? He's not our typical 20-year-old who would normally be 2-3 years away from making the Wings. From what I've read here, he seems to be head and shoulders above most of his OHL peers. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

No no no, of course I don't think either of those guys should be the 7th d-man and sit. I just think that when a top-six d-man is out, why not bring up one of the younger guys to back up? Lilja is just terrible and a few games with the big boys every now and then couldn't hurt Quincey or Ericsson. They will get enough solid minutes in GR in the meantime. But yes, I hope Lilja would be pushed out of the system somehow. And Kindl won't need AHL seasoning, he's a top-end prospect. As I said before, he almost made the Wings out of training camp. For example, Zetterberg and Datsyuk never played one minute in GR.

No kiddin', I don't remember seeing anything like that before. On the other hand, he's 6'4" so it's less of a jump for him. Nonetheless, it would be golden to see a clip of his leap! Just imagine Dom or Ozzie trying to get up there.
-
Let's just hope our boys will stick these rankings up TSN's collective rear come playoff time.
-
At least Lehtonen doesn't suck.
-
Is he lazy or what, won't even stand tall during breaks. Good work getting up there though!
-
Doesn't matter. If no one took him, he would then become a healthy scratch for the Griffins.
