Chemistry has nothing to do with effort. Besides, Filppula is already back and there has barely been any improvement in Leino's game. Don't get me wrong, I really want Leino to succeed too but his struggles go way beyond chemistry. -
That's a ludicrous assumption to make. Kenny might make a call, just not before Doughty becomes UFA and my bet is the Kings will have him re-signed way before that. If they fail to reach an agreement on a new contract, they will definitely trade him/his rights instead of giving him up without compensation.

True. There's no way Leino plays over Miller unless something drastic happens. A good start to the season doesn't mean worth a damn when you do basically nothing in the next 30+ games. By that definition Jimmy Howard sucks because he started the season badly. If Leino thinks he's good enough to get by on talent alone, well, he needs to think again. -

Miller hands down at this point. Once Leino pulls his head out of his ass and starts hustling then it's time for re-evaluation.

And the Blues were supposedly done after a miserable first half last season but look what happened. It's so close anything can happen. We probably won't catch the Hawks to win the Central but 4th seed is anything but out of the question.

It is frustrating but if they keep playing this way the points are bound to come sooner rather than later. That's a big if though, inconsistency has been one of the biggest problems for the team this season. Hopefully they're finally getting it together.
