HAHAHAHA!!! I LOVE IT!!! Fleury and Malkin make some ugly girls. Especially Malkin. But hey, he's pretty ugly in real life so no surprise. I would have liked to see what Kennedy looked like in the picture. But that may have burned my eyes.

We were actually thinking about going to Joe Vision tomorrow to watch. The energy at the Joe would have been awesome to be a part of. Especially during a win. This has now left a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to NBC.

I didn't mind the "Crosby Sucks" chant from Saturday because he acted in a way that deserved negative repercussions. It would have been different if they had chanted it just because he was in the building. His behavior is in no way that of a leader and he deserved to be creatively "booed". What I don't like is when fans boo or chant negative things just because it is a certain player or team, with no fair reason as to why they deserve the chant. For example, take Chicago. I know that it is a ritual; I get that. But I still don't understand why their fans would choose to chant about how Detroit sucks, rather than rooting on their own team. Especially when Detroit has not shown any evidence showing that they "suck". Now if the Wings had actually done something wrong and deserved the "Detroit sucks" chant, I would understand their reasoning more. But back to Crosby, in my eyes Crosby was and is not a classy player and did/does deserve a not so classy chant for his behavior and actions.

Okay, you guys are scaring me a bit here... I understand that there is no Joe Vision (which is a shame) BUT, NBC is still broadcasting it regularly, right?

That was a really cool article. I laugh whenever I listen to Homer do an interview because he reminds me so much of my grandparents who were from Finland and Sweden. They had the same thick accent, broken English and did a lot of "ehhhhhs" and "ahhhhs" (sort of like English "umms") when they were trying to think of what to say and how to say it. And I always love reading about the friendships between the players on the Wings. Thanks for posting!

That would be pretty interesting and cool if he was. He sure would fit in with us in the game threads.

I'm glad to hear Malts will be back!!! Abby is great, but it's always nice to see the veterans playing. Malts may not be a scoring machine, but he is a good penalty killer.

I really enjoyed Matt's picture of the lone Hawks fan in a sea of celebrating Wings fans. It was amusing.
