the "Dive" earned their name tonight they shouldn't be embarrassed about getting their ass handed to them in their own building nearly as much as they should be for trying to play the refs instead of playing the game. Hell, I'm embarrassed for them, and their fans...and the refs...and the NHL...and the state of Colorado...possibly Earth.

I love Malts, and what he's done for DET, but at this point he's more of a "character" guy than a producer. I think his reputation for PK outstrips his actual prowess at this point, too. Maybe he can find that next gear again for the playoffs, but do you really want to chance a <100%-health Malts while sitting Helm, Drake, Mac, Drapes or whoever? I'd have a hard time even sitting Sammy for Malts at this point.

Damn, I'm really broke up about this. The Ducks were the defending champs and deserve a better fate. They're a classy organization with classy players, like Pronger. HAHAHAHA ! j/k

Today was the worst I've ever seen any athlete perform in his/her own sport. Congrats Sammy. Literally, the Wings would be better if he just wasn't on the team, with no replacement. I will never understand why Babs keeps using him. Never.
