I forgot to say - GREAT game Oz. Admittedly, I had my doubts after the score was 2 - 1 only shortly after the Wings had tied it up. However, as a true competitor and champion, you found a way to clear your head and concentrate on the next save. Amazing win. 46 saves. Crazy. Congrats on your 400th!

That WAS weird. Ozzy gets the win in phenomenal fashion and they pan the camera to Babcock and he looks like Ozzy just scored an own goal to lose game 7 of the Stanley Cup. That man is INTENSE and unflappable when his game face is on.

Four weeks, my ass. I broke my ankle last summer playing softball and I was off work 7 weeks. I had a non-displaced fracture as well. It got 2 weeks of solid cast, 2 weeks of boot (non-weight bearing), 2 weeks of weight bearing boot and then a week of this lace up ankle hitch thing to make sure I could stand on it unsupported. I continued to wear the hitch for probably an additional month for support. To this day, there are days when the fracture will ache. All that and I'm not a professional hockey player trying to push off, stop/start, turn, etc.. I gotta see this.

That's what I was thinking.

Since it's a back-to-back with travel, what are the chances that Ozzy starts in STL? There's also some history there since he was their goalie for the end of 02/03 and all of 03/04. I ask this because I'll be at the game and I'd like to have the chance at celebrating his 400th. If he does play on Thursday, it'll be the 2nd time I've seen him play in the Scottrade Center (formerly Savvis) and the only time I've seen him play there as a Wing.

Well, that sucks.

How does that relate to Ozzy playing the next night in STL? I realize that J-Ho is playing against Vancouver - I'm asking about the following night and game.

Just when I thought America's educational system was failing its youth - thankfully a Canadian comes along and shows me that it's universal. All North American schools suck, apparently. "Text speak" is not acceptable. Plain and simple. Your post was damn near impossible to read. The "abbreviations" and the flat out misspellings make your writing unbearable. Never let the truth get in the way of a good ol' south bashing. If you read the link, the guy from OTFC even says that the story was from AP - NOT the Tennessean's beat writer, Josh Cooper. So, therefore - try and follow this - it wasn't written by anyone from Tennessee. But hey, who am I to get in the way of the torch bearing villagers?
