March of 2007. Best friend and I did the Nashville "home and home". Wings won both games - epic. Got intoxicated and rode the people mover train thing to Greektown. Eat dinner. Drank more. Went outside to find that people mover closes @ midnight. Homeless guy volunteers to flag us a cab. We accept. It takes him a few minutes. I tip him a couple bucks for the favor. We enter the cab, tell him we're at the Holiday Inn Select. We drive 3 freaking blocks. Had we not be so intoxicated we might have noticed that part.. All in all - good times.

If the WCF series ends earlier than 7 games. When would the potential game 1 of the SCF happen? Would they still wait until 2 days after the scheduled WCF G7? Also, barring some miracle on ice by Buffalo in the East, the West will be given home ice first no matter who wins (DET/ANA) due to having a better finish than OTT, correct? 113/110 vs. 105. May 26th is the date I think would be SCF G1. Is this correct?

WCF G7 would be scheduled for 5/24. So, wouldn't that make it 5/26 as the earliest?

In some little Irish bar in Hot Springs Arkansas of all places. Wife and I went camping for the weekend and I told her in advance that if went to 7, we were going to find a place to watch the game - no ifs, ands or buts. We walk into this joint and ask if we can watch the game on ESPN. The girl points to an empty side room of the bar and says, "Go ahead you can watch it in there." Had the whole room and big screen to ourselves. Everytime we cheered and hollered the 10 people in the bar would look over like we were insane.

Glad I'm not the only one yelling SIT THE F@#K DOWN! at my tv. Idiots. I really wanna smack the few that do it ON EVERY RUSH. We get it, you're on the phone with Suzy and she thinks you're cool for being on tv. The rest of us think you're a ******.
